The Doctor was very kind, understanding and patient. The appointment was very thorough and even though I went over my time a bit, I never felt rushed. It is not just about service, but also we were able to experience being examined by their friendly and accomodating Doctor, using a state-of-the-art machine, where a detailed report will be provided electronically right after being checked. Dr. Liwanag was very polite and approachable. She was thorough in doing eye test/assessment. She was also very patient and took her time in answering my questions. Ms. Gina was also very patient and accomodating! I was very particular in choosing my frame style and color and she helped me narrow down my options and because of that, I was able to pick a frame that suits my preference! Very helpful and very reliable ,they happily helped my family through the whole process and made everything very easy. With their wide selection of frames the most difficult part was picking the right frame for me.

I walked in hoping to have one of my broken nose pads replaced. Turns out, my glasses have specific ones that have to be special ordered! Despite that, the wonderful lady took the time to go through all the parts she had and patiently snipped and twisted one in order to fit.
